To Purchase a garment:
Please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order. Payment may be made over the phone, with a credit card, or online through paypal.

Shipping Information:
All orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours. When processed you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order, as well as tracking information for the parcel. All Orders are shipped USPS Priority, additional charges will be applied when 2 day or overnight shipment is requested. Insurance is mandatory, and all shipments require signature authorization for delivery.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Online Orders: May be returned or exchanged within 30 days, if garment is unworn with all tags attached in new condition. Purchase receipt or referenced order is required to be included in return packaging, in order to complete return or exchange.
Refunds: Garments bought at retail locations must be returned at same retail location. Please inquire to their return policies before purchasing.
Exchanges: If garment is unworn with all tags attached and in new condition, garment may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To do so, please contact Sales@Norskwear.com, to make sure that the garment is available in the size you want. If so, include that e-mail, or a note stating the size and style that you would to be exchanged for your sweater. Pack the sweater carefully, and send it insured with signature confirmation to: (Norskwear cannot be held liable if your package is lost by your carrier).
